Hey, i am planning to buy 2019 dell xps 15 i7 intel processor 16 gb ram and 256 gb rom. is it possible to upgrade my laptop to 1tb samsung 970 evo ssd and crucial 2666mhz 32 gb ram (16 gb x 2) and intel wifi 6 11AX 200NGW. customizing the laptop at the factory itsel or customizing after i purchase, which is cheap and which will give good performance. If so i upgrade my ram,wifi,ssd where can i find drivers to install???

Yes you can, I have actually done that on my previous Dell XPS 9570
