I need help choosing between these two computers:

Are the prices worth the hardware?

Which PC is better in performance?

 

Notes:

Gaming/streaming bundle:

Vega 56 has 8GB of VRAM and rx480 + gtx 970 has 4GB of VRAM

 

Full Gaming Package

I negotiated the price down to 750 (but without peripherals)

 

If you find a better computer in the Hampton Roads area, please reply to this message. My budget is around $1000. That will be greatly appriciated.

I would take the one you got down to $750, a 2070 (non-super) is still a great card and probably about $300 to $350 in itself. Rest of the specs are good in that system too.
