Hackintosh Mojave EFI Issue

Hi i am trying to install ahckintosh mojave on an old PC following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdRSYogDygs

 

But i ran into an issue.

 

At 6:10 in the video i need to mount the efi partition but as you can see in the picture my partition is in the top section and not in the bottom one. I can't find a solution to this issue can someone help me?
