HDMI 2.0 not working? any advice?

I bought a GTX 1050ti

I cannot set resolution any higher than:
3840x2160 60Hz *YUV4:2:0*

I can set resolution to:
3840x2160 *30hz* RGB/HDR

But this was the same limitation i had with my 750ti, which was only HDMI 1.4

My TV has a setting for HDMI 2.0 mode, it says its for "4k, 60Hz, 4:4:4 4:2:2 4:2:0, 10bit and above"
the options are:
-Standard
-Enhanced

My Problem is, when i set it to ENHANCED, i get a black screen!

Anyone have ANY idea why im not getting HDMI 2.0 to work?

Thanks in Advance,

Mr. Briggs

p.s. This is like the second time in my life i've posted on a forum, so apologies if its in the wrong place

Sometimes only one port on the TV is HDMI 2.0 and the rest aren't.

Thanks for replying mate.

I have 3 HDMI ports

HDMI 1 (4k60)

HDMI 2 (4k60) (arc)

HDMI 3 (4k30)

the ports are labelled as above

TV spec sheet says HDMI 1 & 2 are HDMI2.0b

and that HDMI 3 is only 1.4

I have tried every HDMI port, with multiple cables; a regular cable, a high-speed with ethernet cable AND a brand new 'high-speed with ethernet' cable
and still when i switch to Enhanced mode, no signal.
