So yesterday i decided to begin folding for the first time after hearing about it on the WAN show, i thought it was a pretty cool concept so I went to the website and downloaded the appropriate files. I ran it for a few hours and completed my first work unit I was fairly excited because i wanted to increase my point count so i let my computer run all night long on a minimal workload and I fell asleep. i woke up in the morning and went to my computer to see what all i have done through the night and when i returned to the website that shows my point amount/stop button to stop folding because I wanted to game it wouldn't ever finish loading in the website. it would show every thing like the stop folding button and a few other things but not how much time it was going to take to complete the next unit, how many points i had and when i go to click the stop folding button it responds by poping up the page that says would you like to stop now or finish this unit then stop but when i go to click on stop now the whole page reloaded and now after i get back on the folding page it continuously reloads every 2 seconds or so. i attempted to delte the folding client but it didnt allow me it said i have a fold running and i cant delete until its finished or i press stop within the folding page. it deleted after attempting to close the folding program again although I am not sure how my computer is still working very hard though for no reason even with nothing running in the back ground i have tried to restart my PC but that does nothing. i want to find out to to forcefully stop my computer from folding, thanks.

Try Firefox browser or, even better, FAH Advanced client...

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

sorry for the choppy sentences this isnt usually my thing.

In your taskbar will be a FAHClient icon, right-click and select “Exit” to stop or “Advanced Control” to run the application to see how you’re doing
