its complicated. While the processing power is exponentially more powerful than traditional transistor based computers, there are a lot of pitfalls in the tech. One of which is the input of commands. Once upon a time, you couldn't input a command without eradicating the quantum processes that make a quantum computer work, the superpositions collapse when you try to force in specific states via a traditional digital command. So engineers have had to figure out how to convert a digital signal back to analog in a way that doesn't collapse the superpositions. As James Evens said above, they use high frequency (or HF as its sometimes referred to) to impart the information your command contains, onto the qubits indirectly. That way the superpositions stay in tact and you've successfully executed a command.

How do you use a keyboard and mouse on billions of transistors just flipping back and forth?
