Wendell just did a video on this.  Ryzen is pretty power efficient.  You are good to go.

Hi everyone.

I saw a RTX 2080 on sale for a pretty good price. I was wondering if my PSU would be able to handle it?

Ryzen 7 3700X

G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 3200Mhz

MSI B450M Mortar

Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB

WD Blue 2TB

Corsair TX550M

Corsair H100i v2

Deepcool RF120 5 Fans

Thanks!

You won't go over 400W even with some decent overclocks. No need to worry. the TXm is a high quality PSU so you're golden

Awesome, I was seeing some other posts that at least 600-650W was needed (but those were using 2700x). Good to know I'm good to go. Thanks!
