Tried to open a game for my wife and go a no signal on my monitor.  Turned it off checked my dp cable. Everything is plugged in.  Turned it back on now there is a red light on my mobo troubleshooting thing for cpu.     Can someone please help me figure this out I have no clue wtf I'm doing

If you have no clue, this this will be a trick.

Please list specs for starters...

 

Next, pull power to computer, wait a few minutes, put back in and try to power it up.

Run HWMonitor and see what your CPU temps are, if the CPU is overheating it will turn off and throw the CPU debug led on.
