Windowed TF2 Locks Up

Hi, so I'm having a slight issue with my TF2:

In both occasions, I'm playing as normal, but it will lock up sometimes.

 

In both scenarios, I was playing TF2 as normal in windowed mode and just had a YouTube video in the background, it randomly froze on me whilst the video was fine.

 

Any idea as to what's causing this?

 

Specs:

i5-8600K 4.7GHz

16GB 3000MHz RAM

GTX 1060 3GB

Not yet, hadn't thought to try that. Will give a go and play TF2 in windowed as per usual, same scenario.
