Something is not right, the 1903 and your drivers or video card hate each other.  Try this.  Run DDU "Display Driver Unintaller" and clean and restart then install latest video drvers and let us know.

As @Turtle Rig said run DDU and reinstall the drivers through Geforce Experience not through windows device manager.

Device manager is notorious for getting outdated drivers, the best way to get the best/right drivers for GTX or RTX cards is through Geforce Experience.

If DDU'ing the drivers and installing through Geforce Experience doesn't work then it may be a bad GPU, Error 43 with GPUs is either a software issue or the GPU is physically broken. If it doesn't work you may want to RMA.

Did you install the drivers from Geforce Experience after DDUing the old ones?

  • 2 years later...

I also have this problem, it happened to me again, I don't know what to do again but I have 2 solutions here. Just reply if it works for you. The first thing is to disable your driver in the device manager, then restart or shutdown your pc. the second one reflash your bios this is the only solution that works for me you just replied if it works for you.
