I just need help please

I have a:

Ryzen 3600

Rx 580 8gb

16gbs of 3000 Corsair lpx ram

And a b450 a pro Mobo

Now with these specs I was able to get a constant 300 frames then some updates happened and now for what seems like a couple weeks I've been stuck at 150fps and lower. I already have all my settings set to the best optimized ones, have Radeon chill off, have the fps cap off. I have no idea why this is happening. And then on top of that my monitor won't go to 75hz anymore. I made a custom resolution and everything and it won't show up in the display settings of my monitor.

If you can help I would be so appreciative.

Had a similar issue with an old install of Windows, FreeSync wasnt enabling and so on.  Upgraded HDD and did a fresh install of Windows, didnt have any more issues.

Use DDU to do this*
