Chrome opened up youtube when my PC booted up.

So, when I booted up my PC today, I just saw youtube suddenly open up in the background. Weirdly enough, this has never happened before. Maybe I didn't close chrome when shutting down my PC? Is this some kind of Win10 feature? I'm on 1809, by the way.

Had it crashed recently ?  Maybe its the Chrome ghost,,,,, go to Firefox lol no just playin my friend.
