For quite a while now, programs on my computer freeze and stops responding. Most commonly happens with League of Legends, and often around 2 minutes in-game. To temporarily fix this, I must end the task in task manager. This does not happen every game, and not always around 2 minutes. Some days it won`t happen and some days it happens over 5 times maybe. I`ve updated all my drivers in Driver Booster 6.6 pro and I use Windows Defender and Malwarebytes.

I am open to test if anyone got any suggestions. At this point I don`t know what to do. I will also try to provide most info if needed. I have tried

Are you stating apps that freeze or games that freeze ?  If it is only games then run DDU "Display Driver Uninsatller" and do a clean and restart then install latest video drivers and let us know.

@Jarno. My W10 version is Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.356)

@Turtle Rig I`ve experienced it in other programs too, like photoshop. The reason it mostly happens in games are probably because that is what I use my pc for mostly.

Did you try one stick of RAM at a time ?

@Turtle Rig No, I have not tried that. I have used the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool though, and it does not seem like my RAM is the problem.

You can't really trust MS Diag Tool.  Run memtest, But before you do that do one stick at a time and let us know.
