20% usage low fps

hello 

i bought a new gpu rtx 2060s and i found a problem with the gpu usage in all games resulting low fps (lower than it should be ) no heating no g-sync no fps cap 

i get the same fps avg with scaling off and x2 

and then i just tried an easy game to run like minecraft and got this 

i tried everything i know pleas help me and thank you .

What's your cpu.

And why is your resolution so low. Its putting alot of load on your cpu not allowing your GPU to do all the work. This resolution is a bottleneck for your card. Try 1080p and you will see higher GPU usage. Also, play on higher settings, and dont use VSync. You will probably hit around 97-98% after these changes. (Aslong as your CPU isn't a big bottleneck in this scenario.

Yes I tried 1080p and 1440p the thing is I get the same fps avg and what about the one in minecraft both the cpu and the gpu are at 20% usage and here is what i get with 1080p

What is your CPU. And also, do you have the latest drivers, and have you installed it into a PCI-e 3.0 x16 slot on your mobo. (GPU)
