So I just build my seconds pc, and I’d like your opinions, what can I do better next time and you like 

 

case Corsair graphite 760T

Mother board Asus ROG Crosshair HERO VIII

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3800x, OC to 4.275 all core

GPU Nvidia 2080 Super EVGA FTW3 Hybrid 

RAM Trident Z NEO 4x8 3600 DDR4

storage 2 500GB EVO 970 Plus, and a 2TB 7200 Seagate HD

AIO Corsair H150I PRO

Sound card Sound BlasterX AE-5

 

 

im fairly new at PC building and would like any constructive criticism and any advice for future builds, thank you

what psu? And mobo is overkill, the asus heros and whatever are way overpriced, but other than that its good

Case is a bit ancient.

 

Should have saved some cash with the 3700X. The 3800X is a bit pointless unless you got it for the same price.

 

I would have gone 2 x 16GB on the ram. Also 3600 is a bit pointless unless it is the same price as 3000 - 3200 as it is easy to overclock ram.

 

Sabrent Rocket would have been a better (Cheaper) option for the SSD.

 

The cooler is a bit OTT.

 

You don't need a soundcard.

So micro center was out of the 3200 speed neo, didn’t feel like waiting 

 

yeah the sound cards kinda useless, but got that from a guy I know for cheap, fills space?

It’s a Corsair RM850X, I liked the board? Idk, wasn’t really a well planned build, I just kinda went oooh, that looks nice type thing

lmao well, if you have the money why not, and its better than getting a bad board and messing up your system

Fair enough on the Ram then 

 

Yeah most boards have pretty good audio these days. Seems like a decent enough soundcard though so no harm using it.

 

Case is fine if you already own it. I assumed you had bought it along with your other parts.
