Can I use the nitro thinner shown in the picture to clean my CPUs and GPUs thermal paste ?

idk if it'll hurt anything but why not just use Isopropyl Alcohol?

so I definitely wouldn't recommend using paint thinner to clean thermal paste.

Don't risk it. Just use rubbing alcohol.
