Need a better router

So I currently have this router and it's constantly shutting down but my modem is up perfectly fine. I'm looking for a new router that can support at least 400mbps down and 100up. If anyone can help me it would be appreciated. I'm not looking to really go over 100 USD.

Do you need it to provide WiFi? If not, a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Lite is what I'd go for.

Unfortunately yes I do need wifi. But I live in a small apartment so the range doesn't need to be very big.

How reliable is that tp link?
