Internet slowing down when opening games

Not sure if this belongs here but my internet speed is fine untill I open a game then it drastically slows down from 50mb/s to 5mb/s

Been doing ping tests on CMD everything is fine 0 packet loss with low ping but as soon as I open any game the ping spikes up and packet loss goes over 10%

Is this some driver issue?

What isp do you have for example it is a known thing that spectrum slows your internet down on purpose sometimes

You need to be more specific, is this just happening on the PC you are gaming on or the Internet slows down on everything?
