Strix X570-E system connectors

My Asus X570-E manual system connections shows this. Do I assume Pin 1 is positive? For PLED, PWRBTN and RESET, can thwy be inserted either way? Apologies if this is not clear question.

For HDLED and PLED the positive connector is to the left. For PWRBTN and RESET it doesn't matter.

Apologies for a dumb question - so, the pin above +HDLED PIN 1 (for PLED) is PIN 1 as well? What happens if I get the PLED the other way round please?

The LED on the powerbutton won't light up. That's all. The pin layout should be like this:

thanks a lot. On the same basis, the HDLED will not work if swapped around?

No. HDLED will not work either if swapped around.
