With mantle is there support for all cards in the R7/R9 range or is there a few until it is stable?

It supports all AMD cards im almost positive.

yes as long as they have gcn arc meaning some of the oem cards will fail to support that.

 

also r5 are screwed they are 6000 series rebadges.

yep just get the latest from the AMD website run and install (might need to reboot not sure on that) but then you are done then you just enable mantle in the game that has it through the settings
