GERMANY CPU help needed X470

Hi,

i got a small problem, i am cheap af.

I am going to buy a x470 msi carbon board. The problem is that it doesnt have a Bios Flashback. So i need a CPU to flash it. The retailer wants 37€ so i can not request a Boot Kit from AMD.

 

If anybody in Germany is willing to send a am4 compatible CPU (as rental for a small fee or sell a athlon 200GE) , i would be really happy.
