Gtx 1660 ti or rtx 2060 lappy?

So im going to buy a laptop and i stumble upon some good looking laptops with some good looking price, and that is:

Acer helios 300 2019 gtx 1660 ti 9750h

And

HP omen 15 rtx 2060 i 7 8750

Problem is which is better for:

My initial budget is 1400$

Any good laptop suggestions that matches with the description :)?

cooling probably helios because lower end gpu

editing probably omen because vram

battery: neither. gaming laptops have a mere 4 hour battery on average
