Is this about the PC in your signature?

If so.... Honestly, not really no.

Most of the other drivers will be downloaded automatically by Windows update.

 

You could install the sound drivers if you want the dedicated software for it.... But it's usually garbage tier (realtek) and barely offer anything of value over plain Windows sound settings.

I downloaded the AMD chipset drivers and the Nvidia graphics driver, are there any other drivers that you need???

Except port detection, which may be useful sometimes.
