my pc freeze occasionally when i game and only is responsive again when i reboot. i dont know what the problem could because i checked the cooling and the gpu. And i have no way of checking the cpu ram and motherboard

Why don't you go to your BIOS and check temps.  Both it won't be on load.  Run Aida64 the if getting freezing try one stick of ram and let us know.

What looks your ram usage like while gaming ? Maybe you just run out of it !

Is your 8 gb in dual channel ? Maybe its just memory leak !?

I had freezes and stuff lile that in games like rust where 8 gb is just not enough !

If you have no way of upgrading at least maybe try a big pagefile on multiple drives to help the ram out.

Another thing that  feelt like that to me was faulty audio drivers ( sonic suite) some realtek drivers aswell !
