Floatplane Playback Issues

Is anyone else experiencing buffering issues with Floatplane?

For the past while I've noticed that every 3 minutes or so, the video will just freeze and start buffering. If I then re-select the resolution it'll start playing again for another 3 or so minutes and it'll do it again.

If I just leave it, the buffer bar won't progress until a couple minutes later when it'll just randomly start playing and it'll work again for a few minutes.

 

If i download the video, it downloads at the full 40mbps I get over WiFi so it's not an issue with my internet connection
