Just ask the seller for him to check the battery wear level via HWiNFO. It's a simple download and sensor utility. That way you will know for certain.

So, only 2.9% wear level, so what is the best bet now, the envy x360 (new in the box) or the lattitude with 2.9% wear

Assuming both batteries are in good condition, the Latitude should have an edge. Smaller screen, better BIOS and no dGPU to suck up power

The Latitude definitely. It's in brand new condition. The battery has almost no wear on it.

How is noise levels on both? Just heard my highschool has the possibility of charging laptop while having class.

So that factor is pretty much nihil. Now only the noise level, would the dell or the hp be louder under load?

The Latitude should be tuned for silence. I don't expect it to go past 40dB(A) for most workloads. The Envy is certainly going to be louder due to the dGPU
