New Pc crashing randomly

This has happened few times already but my pc keeps crashing. It makes the blue screen beep noise but dosen't go to the actual blue screen my monitors flash and go black and nothing is responding

Anybody pls help

Specs:

Ryzen 3700x

wraith prisma cpu cooler

Asus prime x570-p 

Asus Dual o8g  rtx 2070 oc edition

Corsair vengeance 16gb ddr4 3000 ram

Corsair vs650 650w powesuply 

Kolink stronghold case

Kingston 480gb ssd 

Samsung evo 500gb ssd

have you overclocked?  revert to default setting and see if it persists

The RTX 2070 is factory overclocked but i havent done anything to it myself

Then you should be fine on that then. I would download a program called WhoCrashed and see what it says about your BSOD's. Report back information you have from it. Its just a simple program that reads the BSOD files and comes with a conclusion on what is causing it.
