raid on raid with automation

what i am looking to do is run a 2x1TB sammy SSD(sata 3) and 1x2TB sammy m.2 as a raid 5 and do the same with 2x2TB ultrastar and 1x4TB ultrastar (all sata 3) but automate a move from hdd>>ssd during current use and when done with move back to HDD using windows 10 pro this is looking to be done on a ryzen 3700x x570 system is this possible to do or should i just stick with a single raid 5 on SSD and just keep O/S on the SSD's with just program hooks on ssd and main program on the HDD's 

 

just need some advice before spending money
