buying a GPU need help

is 580 golden red devil for about 150€ worth of purchase? it is from a second hand~

i saw amd might be planning on releasing 5600 series of gpus but i dont know when and i want one now. 

 

in EU it is too expensive to get a brand new gpu because of that motherf***ing VAT =/

Ah no the 580 probably won't be able to do that, depending on the game.

 

If it's something like overwatch or csgo then fine, if it's a new game with good graphics you'll need something like the 2060 super or rx5700 or better.

I was thinking of buying something used and then resell it to buy a more powerful gpu like 5700 xt red devil when available and when i come back to stable balance =$ in about 2-3months

Assuming that's euros, the best new option would probably be the rx5700 at around 350. However it may be worth trying to find a used gtx1070/1070ti, or even a gtx 980ti.

so used in my country sales for 200€ - 1070 //// 250€ 1070ti 

and on amazon it was 1080 for 240€

About a 30% difference in performance. So yea imo its worth it.
