That is an Addressable RGB header that you plug into your motherboard if your motherboard supports it.

Can you get an adapter to fix this because my motherboard isn't compatible with the addressable rgb header?

No. There is 2 types of RGB headers, Digital, AKA Addressable, and regular RGB.. Digital is 5v and regular is 12v, so if your board is only setup for 12v, it will not work.
