You will be fine, in fact you can use something better than a GTX 1650.

What's your current graphics card? and what's your budget/country?

Also what's your power supply and case?

The 1650 is slower than the cheaper RX 470/480/570/580 on average. It's only useful because it's a 75W GPU that doesn't require a power connector for some older systems. Though the price is still too high for the performance.

Familiarity really isn't much of an issue with the RX 500 series... It's pretty much plug and play.
