MSI Gaming Plus B450 Flashback problem

Hi i'm trying to flash my bios to the newest version to support my R 5 3600 I just got

I formatted a 16gb usb to fat32, extracted the bios and renamed to MSI.ROM and tried bios flashback, just solid LED.

What should I do???

read the notes, you may have to update bios in smaller steps, as in don't update to latest version, go through multiple intermediate versions.

Ok, so let me first state that im an idiot. I've been trying to figure this out for the last hour and trying eveything. The last step was I went back and chose a earlier bios and at this point this is when I released I was trying to shove the b450 gaming plus bios onto a b450m gaming plus. I downloaded the correct b450m bios and its flashing as I type.
