Transfer windows?

I bought a new pc and assembled everything fine but don't have OS, I used to have a pc with windows 10 home in it but now that I bought a new one do I have to rebuy windows or can I just transfer it  somehow? (note:old pc has windows on an hdd and new pc has an nvme m.2 ssd)

You can, but it's recommended to just back up your important/sensitive data and just do a clean install of Windows on the new system.
