Bottleneck question

Hi, i am planning to upgrade my graphics card...i have asus gtx 960 turbo 2gb and i want to replace it with gtx 1660. I have core i5-4460 3.2 GHz CPU and 16 GB of RAM. My question will gtx 1660 bottleneck my cpu and if it will how much? Should i consider upgrading my cpu too?

You're fine. For the CPU, see I'd you can find a used i7 4770 or 4790 or a used Xeon E3 1231v3

notice a bottleneck as it were old CPU. but it is fine. not huge at all. i would not recommend upgrading if you want to saved money. but if u want upgrade go 3600 and Tomahawak B450. want cheaper? Asrock Steel Legend B450/m. cheaper? Asrock B450m Pro 4

I'll recommend a used rx580 over a 1660.

They go for around $120-130 on eBay.
