Help choosing a Monitor.

I own a 1080ti, I've been stuck at 60hz for 1 year now, (as I previously had a gtx 660) So now im looking for a good high refresh rate monitor.

 

My budget is around 250€/$ (Pixio brand is not avaiable in my country)

 

No need for 240hz. 144hz is enough, im looking for the best that 250€/$ can buy.

As long as you get an IPS display, you can't really go wrong at that price range

I only got 250€ max to spend. How tf am I supposed to found an IPS 144hz panel for that price?

120Hz IPS should be doable
