  hey, I just went back to gym, and I can only workout 3 times a week. I am thinking to train tuesday, thursday and saturday. my weight is about 80kg. I am thinking to cosume 200g protein on the training day, and I am just not sure of how much protein to consume on an off day, is 60-80g protein good just for maintainng muscle on an off day like monday wednesday etc? My old routine is the typical 5 day training and 2 days off for the weekend. I never stopped in the middle of the week, so I am not sure how that goes.

  My old routine is like chest back leg shoulders and arms split up for each day. Since I am only able to work out 3 times a week now, any recommendatons for the schedules?  Thanks
