volmgr error 161

Good evening, folks!

I am having a problem with my PC. I am getting constant crashes, according to the event shower thingy in windows its called ''volmgr 161" ("error creating image"). I had to translate it as good as I can I hope you folks get the gist. 

I would appreciate help!

I am using Windows 10 btw.
