X470 suggestions

I was looking at X570 boards but I was informed that X470 boards are a better choice for me because they're cheaper and I don't need Pcie 4.

 

I need a board with 2 m.2 slots, 2 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0 header for my case's front panel, 4 system fan headers, and preferably 8 SATA ports but I'll be ok with 6. 

 

I get a little overwhelmed trying to shop for these because there are so many choices and I never learned much about motherboards because I could only ever afford the cheapest ones. 

 

My budget is $200 but I would prefer to spend $150 or under.
