Motherboard won’t turn on when cpu is present

my MSU b350 PCmate motherboard will not turn on when I put a cpu in(no lights or anything). If the the cpu is not in then the motherboard lights light up and the motherboard ez debug led tell me there is no cpu. I have tried replacing the motherboard and the cpu to no avail. This problem started after putting 12v dc through the front USB port.

 

other info:

motherboard: b350 pcmate

cpu: ryzen 2200g with Vega graphics 

psu: Corsair 450w bronze 

ram: hyperX 4g x2

Rip mobo, possibly CPU, and possibly RAM.

Yes, i’v Tried replacing the motherboard and the cpu and neither fix the problem

Have you considered that the new board possibly has an older BIOS?
