Shopping for computer

NathanWantsPC

Hello,

lately I've been looking for new rig for way too much time and thus I'm in need of your help.

I've made a list of used computers that got my attention and I'd love to get your PRO advice on them.

I'll be mainly using my PC for gaming at around 55 FPS (Medium qualities {CS:GO, Aion, Metin2, GTA V and some FORTNITE})

2 main things that I'd like you to check are: bottlenecking, price (how would you price that computer {prices aare negotiable, so please, tell me how much should I offer to the vendor}),

I'd like to know PROs and CONs on each computer you decide to pick or highlight, I'm also keen on learning about hardware in general, so feel free to spam me with tech tips.

Here's link to MS Word table I've made (It's also attached)

I'll be starting my first year at IT college focused on Coding, so I'd like to see your opinions on my price range versus coding requirements.

For gaming, #2 is the best CPU and is paired with a still decent GPU (the 970), though unsure about the PSU and not having an SSD is a real bummer

CPU: AMD Sempron 2400+ / MOBO: Abit NF7-S2G / GPU: WinFast A180BT 64MB / RAM: Mushkin DDR333 256MBx2 / HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 120GB

Thanks for your comment, what's with the PSU - is it not-enough powered or something?

Thanks for the list!

Now: with uprgradability set aside, would your setup be comprable (performance-wise) to any of my picks?

I’ll see if I can find parts you picked somewhere within EU, so I don’t have to pay double price for shipping and taxes.

It would be slightly faster than the gtx 970 rig that you have put on.

Alright, thanks, I've looked for some more PC's that kinda look similar to the one you set up.

I'll still recommend a ryzen 3 over a 3rd gen i5.
