Strange internet issues

Recently moved to japan, and got hooked up with (Gig) fiber internet. my connection is very good and can download and upload blazing fast. my connection to ISP is great as with ~32ms latency to the main hub (1200mi away). The problem occurs when i try to game. When connecting to FF14 i will drop connection during any instanced event (dungeons, raids etc...). And in Destiny2 i can't even log into the asia servers, however i can log into the america and europe servers just fine with much higher latency. does anyone have any idea whats occuring and what I can do to resolve this?

tried that already, the best i could get is "your in a congested area and wont be able to resolve the issue until more fiber lines are installed" but the connection isn't bad. gaming is just bad.

Are you playing on wifi or ethernet cable ?  32ms is a lot.  Go to speedtest and check your net connection.  let us know.
