My Arch linux isn't shutdown! (it hangs)

Help, i tried EVERYTHING i found in the internet.. sometimes it just hangs on shutdown.. is arch linux, i don't know what to do! im desesperated..

Don't wanna be a dick, but why are you using arch? It's not really that much suited for someone new to Linux, as I assume you are new to it.

Also, specify what have you tried doing and your specs, so people can help you better.

Does it actually get in the process of shutting down but just doesn't ?
or does it just not do anything ?

it just stops at 'starting poweroff' or something like this, the HDD turns off but the CPU fans and my monitor still running.

Sorry for multipost, but:

 

1.- Im not new to linux, im using linux since 2013, and this problem occurs with all distros, not only arch, currently im using arch because i like it and its perfect for my work.

 

4GB RAM DDR4 2133 Mhz CL15

 

500 GB HDD (from my old laptop)

 

intel core i3 7100 @3.9Ghz

 

intel HD graphics 30 2GB integrated.

You should have started with that, I though it's only arch issue, does this happens with Windows too or not? Assuming you have Windows installed.
