[FIXED] - PC Crashing

Hi,

I just wanted to tell you about a problem that I had and my solution for it.

I was running popOS on my PC, however, I had to install Win10 for certain things. After I've installed Win10 and updated drivers and bios, I ran into a problem that would give me BSOD all the time. I've tried reinstalling Win10 3 times but that didn't fix the problem. Also, I started to think that maybe my RAM was faulty but it seems like that wasn't the issue as well.

I solved the problem by doing this:

  1. Uninstalling AMD Chipset Drivers
  2. Downgrading my BIOS to version 4801.
  3. Installing latest AMD Chipset Drivers
  4. Upgrading my BIOS to version 5204
  5. Running DISM and then SFC to fix anything corrupt inside Win10 installation.

Everything seems to be working just fine.

P.S. I'm using: ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming / Ryzen 5 - 1600
