Windows 10 Taskbar help

After reboot the same issue?
Ive had this in a previous install never managed to get it fixxed, i did reinstall on same hardware and it was gone.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!

after many reboots its still like that. the os was installed about 2 weeks ago.

What happens when  ou right click the up arrow on the taskbar > click "Taskbar Settings" > click "Select which icons appear on the taskbar" > manually turn on/off the icons you want to show on the taskbar
