Nope.. only way to relieve it is to upgrade for a dead, many many years old outdated platform.

First of all, here are my specs: FX 6300 (Stock Cooler), 760GM-HDV motherboard, 8GB DDR3 RAM, GTX 1660 6GB, 430W PSU.

I know, that is a major CPU bottleneck. I recently bought the GPU and I was wondering if there's any way I can help relieve the bottleneck. In Overwatch, the CPU usage is constantly 90% - 100%. Also, in Black Ops 3, the CPU usage jumps to 100% every so often.
