Awkward Situation in my computer

Hello

My name is Enchanted Power
I have been experiencing a issue in my hardware
This issue is totally AWKWARD

Pretty much i have 2 monitos
the primary one lags MORE than the secondary one
for example my internet browser works fast on the secondary one

In other easier words
When i type something in apps like discord google or anything to would appear fast smoother and better on my secondary monitor which is broken about 5 years old ( HP LE2201w )

While if I do this on my primary monitor which is newer better ( Dell P2317H (DP) ) has extream lag
like i type something it does nothing and like 2 second later its typing shizz that i wrote at the speed of lightning

my computer specs
Intel Xeon W3520 2.6 ghz
8 gb ram
180 gb ssd
1050 ti ( I am using DP port for primary Monitor and using a HDMI to VGA adapter to my secondary monitor )


[ I am broke so dont judge okay ;( ]

Also i am only 14 years old and I am really in to Tech
Also buying new gear is NOT AN OPTION as in my country ( Pakistan  ) a gtx 1050 ti goes for Rs 25k which are equal to $160
And earning that amount of money in 3 months is like a dream come true ( thats why i am doing youtubing and hoping to get famous and be happy )

Did you try updating your display driver?

Did you try a different monitor?

Did you try reversing the ports the displays are plugged into and seeing if the problem reverses on the displays (indicating the monitors aren't at fault).

 

If none of those fix anything.

What are your temps?

Did you try plugging the GPU into a different slot?

What is your CPU utilization? (very high CPU utilization can be an indicator that somethings pulling too many resources or that the CPU isn't strong enough to handle the load).

Try a different cable to the new monitor. If that doesn't work, try a new cable with a different port on both the monitor and the graphics card. As Windows suggested above, try changing the slot of the graphics card as well.

i guess its bottlenecking at this point of the cpu and GPU
