Weird frametime problem please help

I have a problem with gaming for a couple of months now. What happens is that in gaming when i move my mouse my framtime spikes to 500+ and my game just hangs until i stop moving my mouse. It happens in every game but it does happen very randomly, Sometimes it takes 30 minutes for it to happen and it will be gone in like 30 seconds and sometimes it happens almost instantly and wont go away.

My system specs:

AMD Ryzen 3600@4.2Ghz
MSI Gaming x Trio RTX 2080
16gb Gskill TridentZ 3200mhz CL16
1080p@144hz Monitor (Primary)
4K@60hz monitor
Mouse BenQ Zowie EC1-A@1000hz
Keyboard Logitech G510S

What ive tried witout much succes:

reinstalling my os (Windows 10 PRO)
Another graphics card
Another CPU
Another monitor
change polling rate of my mouse( Which does make the problem a bit less worse @500HZ polling rate)
Try older nvidia drivers.
Disabling stuff like msi afterburner and overlays.

At this point i just dont know what to do ive asked it on multiple forums but no answers and i cant find any fix on the internet.

Set your polling rate to 125 or get a different mouse

I don't understand why it happens It worked fine for months. I dont really want to lower the polling rate i bought this mouse for its performance and there must be a fix if it worked fine before right?.....

Is this a "bigr numbr moar gooder" statement, or a genuine "i can tell a difference" here?

I can count the number of people on one hand that claim they can tell a difference, and I can count the number without a hand of those that were reliably able to substantiate said claim. In much the same way that a 160quasi-bajillion DPI package selling point has very little value outside of very specific instances, "extreme" polling rates largely mean very little, I've never found a meaningful impact on any reasonable polling rate, as you're splitting the difference of ~2 milliseconds.

Software is a fluid construct. they're always changing, and at times (rather often, actually) issues arise with change, niche things like this often go unaddressed (and potentially completely unknown) as they present an issue for an infinitesimally small number of people.

Polling rate ia the number of times the CPU tracks the mouse per second. You are physically unable of moving the mouse 125 times in one second, let alone 500.

When i put my mouse on 125hz it really micro stutters on my 144hz monitor.....

Havent really played with a different mouse. But if i swap mouses on the moment it is happening then it just stays even with another mouse.

Does your mouse come with some form of bloatware junk? If so, remove that software.

Holding for example mouse button 4 on my mouse and plugging it in sets it to 500hz.

Honestly, try a cheap 5$ mouse - if that fixes it, return yours and buy one that doesn't cause the hardware to freak out.

This is odd to say the least. I'll check back when I get home.

I uninstalled some software that i had for a long time because i liked the performance monitor it came with (Iobit Advanced System Care) and since then i did not get any stuttering yet. Fingers crossed that this was the problem i really hope so. i will keep you updated

That software is ancient - could very well have been the cause
