Not really. The figure on the box is for people running 25$ garbage power supplies that can barely output half their capacity. The card itself only uses around 200W

Fans use 2-3W each. Ram, board and SSD use a total of 20W or so. The CPU, unless it's an Intel 9th gen space heater, uses about 60-120W

Your whole system can be run on a high end 450W power supply. A 550W one is more than enough.
