Nixeus VUE24 issue. Please help

Hi guys. So im hoping someone out there will know what on earth to do. 

I have an displayport issue with vue24b. My screen has started to display the signal from the display-port connector as thin strips about 9mm wide (3/8ths inch ish), and positioning the next strip down about 70mm (2 3/4 inches ish) to the right. I am sure the issue is with the monitor as the same issue occurs with another GPU (current R9 390X and old HD5770), 2 cables and across 3 driver versions. It first did this 2 years ago and i stopped using DP and changed to HDMI, but around Christmas changed back and it worked fine until 2 days ago. I have attached a photo for reference. Any help would be appreciated.
