First number out of 4 is the generation. 

 

1600 is 1st gen (Zen)

2600 is 2nd gen(Zen+)

3600 is 3rd gen (Zen 2).

 

Yes, they are compatible. B450 boards were designed for 2nd gen Ryzen CPU.
